DCA Markets ("we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our Interface. We operate as a non-custodial interface. We do not hold your assets, and we minimize the personal data we collect. However, the nature of blockchain technology means some data is inherently public.

2. The Blockchain Transparency (Read This First)

DCA Markets interacts with the Solana blockchain.

Public Ledger

When you use DCA Markets, your transaction data (Wallet Address, Transaction Amount, Timestamp, and Token Contract interactions) is broadcast to the public blockchain.

Immutability

Data written to the blockchain is permanent and immutable. We cannot delete, hide, or edit on-chain data, even if you request us to do so. This is a fundamental feature of the technology, not a limitation of our service.

3. Information We Collect

We collect data in two ways:

A. Information You Provide Voluntarily

  • Contact Information: If you sign up for our waitlist, newsletter, or support, we collect your email address.
  • Correspondence: Any feedback or bug reports you send to us.

B. Information Collected Automatically

  • Wallet Address: When you connect your Solana wallet (e.g., Phantom, Solflare), we collect your public key to facilitate transactions.
  • Usage Data: We collect anonymous technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device type, and operating system to ensure the Interface functions correctly.
  • On-Chain Activity: We index public transaction data related to the DCA Markets protocol to display your trading history and basket performance.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to:

  • Provide the Service: Facilitate the creation of transactions and Baskets.
  • Improve the Interface: Analyze usage patterns to optimize performance and fix bugs.
  • Communication: Send you important updates (if you opted in) regarding protocol changes or security alerts.
  • Security & Compliance: Detect and prevent fraud, spam, or illicit activity (e.g., bot attacks).

5. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:

  • Infrastructure Providers: We use third-party RPC nodes and API providers (e.g., Helius, Jito) to broadcast your transactions to the Solana network.
  • Analytics Partners: We use tools (e.g., Google Analytics, privacy-preserving alternatives) to understand website traffic. These tools do not have access to your private keys.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by a valid court order or to protect the safety of our users.

6. Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies to recognize your session and preferences (e.g., "Dark Mode" settings). You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies, but some portions of the Interface may not function properly without them.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights:

  • Right to Access: You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you (primarily your email address).
  • Right to Deletion: You can ask us to delete your email from our servers. Note: We cannot delete your transaction history from the Solana blockchain.
  • Right to Opt-Out: You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

8. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect the Interface. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for securing your own Private Keys and Seed Phrases. DCA Markets will never ask for your seed phrase.

We may update this policy periodically. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
